Procedure Upon Rejection
The results from the Feasibilty Study (FS) and Detailed Feasibility Study (DFS) assessment shall highlight any issues or further details required as identified by AEPC. Detailed feedback shall be provided to the Pre-Qualified Consultant (PQC) and the Developer. If the application is not initially successful, the Developer may reapply through the PQC, who is responsible for producing a report to AEPC’s satisfaction.
The PQC shall act upon feedback from AEPC and resubmit the FS or DFS to AEPC within 30 days of receiving feedback from AEPC. Delays in the resubmission may result in the project losing priority against other compliant projects, so the PQC and the Developer are encouraged to resubmit the report as soon as possible as funding is provided on a first come first served basis.
